This is a nice community. The Manager and maintenance make sure the property is well taken care of. My problem is the pool. when I rented in late 2022 I was told there was a heated working pool. Now it is summer it is my understanding the pool has not worked in 3 years. I take this as false advertisement to fill property. And as of today still being offered as amenity and not working. I made my decision to move in for pool accesss due to numerous surgeries . So therefore must rate a 4

Nice apt.
Newley remodeled 3 bed. 2 bath, granite counter tops, custom cabinets in kitchen . new stove and refer. New windows and sliding door. Dining area custom ceiling fan and light. Stainless steel sinks. New carpet and flooring.
