I've lived here coming on one year. The management, Azar and Dee, are great along with their maintenance crew. The grounds are well kept and if you have any issue with apartment, they fix it right away. Only problem I'm seeing is after one year they raise the rent considerably. Can't imagine what it will be in another year. They should keep the rent down for the good tenants unless they like turnaround. Otherwise, I do love it here, but not sure it's worth it.

Great Place ..
Nothing to complain about except no swimming pool and its located across the street from a trailer and sewer ( but it doesnt smell ). One of the best apartments in Canoga Park in my opinion.

The Perigee
They keep it very clean. Repairs are done quickly. Only offer 1 yr lease. Then price goes up.!
