First off let me start by saying this place is a dump to say the least. I have roaches in every cupboard, baseboard, and crevice. Every time I open a cupboard or drawer at least 2-3 roaches go running. I’m absolutely disgusted at this point and am starting to feel negative health effects.

Do not rent here. There is cockroaches crawling out of every crack you can find. Exterminator comes once a week and it does nothing. Keeps getting worse. Not to mention the building is falling apart and they will keep raising your rent.

My husband and I rented a studio for about two years (2019-2021). During this time, we felt relatively safe and never had any trouble with bugs or pests at our apartment. Whenever we called with a request to get something fixed, we heard back in a timely manner. While we could sometimes hear our neighbors through the walls, we felt for the most part that we had privacy and didn't feel like it was a huge problem.
