Manager sends out daily letters to the tenants door every time she has a little inconvenience. Puts peoples behaviors on blast. All she does is complain and cries. Very hostile to be honest. Someone leaves the front gate open and she writes all of us letters saying she knows who it is because of cameras. I felt like I never had privacy every time I stepped foot out my door. She also says we have to be grateful for the laundry privileges but the machines always break down. This place would be... great if it was managed under someone else.

Look elsewhere!
Manager is extremely rude. Makes decisions out of spite and unprofessional. I heard way too many stories about her from other people living there but now I understand that she’s the problem. She also charges 2,000 for security deposit which is outrageous considering the fact that they just paint over everything and buy cheap replacements. The water bug infestation is also ridiculous. There are way better apartments nearby! This is not the place.

Manager is EXTREMELY rude
Manager will ask several times if you smoke, and she requires a 700 credit score! if we had a 700 credit score, we would be buying a home and pay our own mortgage, not someone else's. She is very unprofessional, and kept saying she didn't know when the unit would be ready because the people that were in the unit hadn't turned the keys in, and a lot of work needed to be done. Then why advertise it, if it's not ready to be rented. Maybe she needs to get her priorities straight!
