Some pros of living here: -The complex has many units and the inside hallways generally seems well maintained and clean. - The units are decent- not as run down as some other places in the vicinity
Cons: - Manager does not deal with a plugged trash chute in a timely manner... thus there will be weeks where the hallways smell like garbage and one must wear an oxygen mask to make it to his unit alive - Mold appears frequently on certain unit walls because the managing company Premium Properties... is too cheap to use higher quality paint - Management sometimes ignores maintenance requests, such as a poorly functioning refrigerator or broken laundry machines - It is inconvenient to have to commute to the Oakland office to turn in rent when the manager lives in the unit - Rent continuously increases every year
