Rent 2,599
Deposit 2599
This home is super-cute, super cozy, and has a lot of character. What is great about it is that it has it's own outside deck that a good chunk of it has an outdoor roof (can be an extra... outside dining area). It has a private Hot-Tub, a yard that is bigger than the house. There is a trellis with a mature grape tree growing on it, and gardening beds, and a small outside area. It has a stackable washer/dryer. You won't share any walls with anybody and have your tiny-house that can come furnished. The inside of the place is compact. It is a shot-gun single victorian house that has 3 rooms that are connected that are ~10x10 (living, bedroom, kitchen), and a small bathroom as well.

There are 70's bad looking apartment buildings.

DESCRIPTION OF THE UNIT
It is a shot-gun single story victorian house that has a lot of character.
It is small. It is about 10 feet wide and has 4 rooms. (Bedroom ~10x10, Living Room ~10x10, Kitchen ~10x10, and a small bathroom). It has hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, and a covered from rain outdoor space that could support an outdoor table / dining area.
This place is perfect for somebody who loves outdoor space, natural lighting, and does not want to share walls with neighbors. It has it's private hot-tub in the yard, a trellis with grapes growing, and lots of options outside. The downside is that it is very small. If you are looking for a large one-bedroom, this place is not for you. Most of the previous tenants have been couples. It is homey.
Note that the video is old and the grapes are trimmed so it looks even roomier, and it has upgraded features now including a newer fridge, and granite counter-tops, etc. But, given those differences, the video does give you a flavor of the space.
