Welcome to your new home! We have three beautiful rooms for rent for the academic year (or longer if needed). The apartment is in a quiet area with a gorgeous flower garden at the entrance. There are two good sized rooms upstairs and a larger... bedroom downstairs on the ground floor. All rooms have great lighting and are in excellent condition having been recently renovated with fresh paint, carpeting and dual pane windows. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a full-size bed (2nd floor) or a queen-size bed (1st floor), lounge armchair, desk, desk chair, dresser, nightstand, and good size closet. All the rooms have double-pane windows.

The shared spaces include a kitchen, dining room, and bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen has full amenities: gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It is also fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, flatware, as well glasses and other kitchen utensils. Private washer and dryer are located within the unit.

Utilities are not included but there is free WIFI. The rent is for the year (12 moths) but can be extended upon request, short term leases are also possible. The owner is flexible and will try to accommodate the students’ needs.

The rental apartment includes 2 upstairs bedrooms that are for rent for $1,500 each per month (with white furniture in the pictures; about 115 sq. ft. each). The downstairs bedroom is larger and is for rent for $1,700 (with brown furniture in the pictures; about 145 sq. ft). Utilities are not included. The rent is for the academic year (10 moths) but can be extended upon request.
Because of the home-style feeling of the apartment, it is certainly possible for a renter to bring friends along to rent the three rooms together in a small community to support and help each other’s during the academic year. Read More
