The building is extremely old and unkept. The property manager is rude and often denies or delays needed maintenance. They have gone up on the rent more then twice and has yet to make any up grades to the building.Also there is a roach issue which they are slow to address. I will say the street is quiet and clean. It is also close to shopping and has quick access to the freeway.
