Sunset Apartment Manager (Cynthia) is outstanding!
I haven’t even been here a month and I was concerned with the area I was moving into. However, the Sunset Apartments were affordable for me. The other day I reported to Cynthia my garbage disposal wasn’t working and I also saw a bug in my apartment. Within the hour Joe, the maintenance man was at my door. He checked out the disposal and said it had to be replaced. He was back within an hour and installed a brand new disposal. Cynthia then called and said the pest control was there and could... come by my apartment. He came and sprayed the apartment and said if I saw anymore just let Cynthia know. So in about Four hours everything was taken care of. I think that is pretty awesome service! It is very quiet here, the people seem to be friendly, and most importantly I feel safe and I give Cynthia all the credit for that. She knows how to manage an apartment! If your looking for an affordable apartment in a safe environment, I think you should consider taking a look at these! KW

Sunset Apartments
I really enjoy living at the sunset apartments! It has a laundry facility and a pool- which I must say has far surpassed my expectations as far as cleanliness is concerned. I also really enjoy the close knit community we have here at the complex. This and it's location makes it both a very short walk for me to work, but it also provides a very safe place to live. I've lived here for a while now and I've never had any crime or vandalism at this apartment complex. I would highly recommend this ... location to anyone looking for a studio, one, two, or three bedroom apartment. The rent for mine is about $650.00 for a one bedroom, but you definitely get what you pay for. I hope this review helps you on your search for the perfect apartment. Best of luck, Andrew MacGregor
