Office doesn't take too much concern for people parking in loading zones. Car was parked for 30 min when I notified office that I needed to move something heavy and would like to use loading zone since more convenient than walking all the way to the car. Car stayed there for over 2 hours after making my concern to the office. They never sent out a notice text to all the tenants (like the normally do if someone is parked in wrong parking threatening to call towing). Don't even try this place, the apartments aren't that bad but the management.... poor as it can gets, if something is wrong and you ask for them to fix it ... they'll give you attitude and take forever! .... children running everywhere (loud) and the pool don't even think about it, packed all the time and dirty, the garbage is a mess and stinks ... they'll approve any person to live here so don't expect to have polite neighbors.

It is often loud at night, the dumpsters are disgusting and people are always diving and leaving it gross, they keep raising prices in laundry room but don't maintain the equipment so it either doesn't work or ruins your clothes. The utilities are MUCH higher than we were told they were going to be, and they keep going up.

I was very skeptical about this property since I have lived on the opposite side of town all my life. I am amazed on what this property has offered me . From the management to the ammenities and the upkeep of the property to The security features. I definitely learned my lesson when it came to assuming apartment living will never be for me, I have everything I need here and will definitely be staying another year. It is supposed to be community living, which it is not. The manager leaves at 5:30 PM and chaos occurs. Children running around cursing, threatening smaller children on play structure, fighting, and graffiting on the property ( management doesn't clean explicit graffiti). It's loud at night with people bumping music, yelling, and kids running around screaming at 1:00 in the morning.
