This place is awful, when I first viewed the property it looked nice and well kept, I’ve now moved out because it was infested with ROACHES, RATS, & brown recluse spiders ! I mean INFESTED ! I keep a very tidy home and sprayed my unit every 3 months & it still wouldn’t keep things out, my neighbors were all experiencing the same. All the wood fencing is infested with termites, they’re literally coming out of the wood as well as out of the poles around the pool. The laundry room is always taken... up or have broken washers & dryers. The pluming main line was always backing up sewage making your unit stink or your tub fill with sewage water. Unbelievable. They raised the rent each year in the last two years luckily I got out before the last rent raise. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone! Definitely not for young kids to live in.
