We moved in 4/1/25. Since then it’s been great, they’ve replaced the laundry and dryers with brand new machines. The pool and spa are amazing to use especially during summer time. Lorraine and Jenny are very helpful for any needs. We had a unique experience where our roommates had to move out in the middle of the lease, it was no issue at all for them, we simply had to find new tenants with reasonable credit and income. They took the pet fees off and it was a very smooth transition to our new... roommates. Ultimately, highly recommend the area is walkable to so many things, Disney, Joe’s Italian Ice, and many food places like Taco Bell and jack in the box. Hello, I want to express my gratitude to the maintenance staff for their good work and efficiency, especially to the Manager for providing good attention and in a very short time to my request for damages in my apartment. I have lived in this complex for 20 years and I am very comfortable and happy. It is a very quiet, clean, and organized place.
