My apt is a nice place to live but the rent is increasing this year by $65 its getting to expensive to live here

El Cortez
This is a really great area. I'm so close to all the things I need here. It sucks that my lease is up, but my roommate is moving with her boyfriend and I can't afford to pay the full amount.
