Although I've only been living at Madison Park apartments for a short time, my experience thus far has been mostly positive. The management is kind, fun, and incredibly helpful (especially Deb). Move-in was pretty easy, thanks to the elevators built into every building. The community quiets down around 10:00 PM as that is when the pool closes. For those that want to spend a pretty penny, Disneyland is a mere 10 minutes away (you can hear the fireworks at night). The freeways are very accessible... and there is quite a bit to do within a few miles. Unlike other apartments in this area, the units come with brand new carpet and flooring. The only reason this wasn't rated with five-stars is due to the fact that I have spotted roaches (mostly outdoors, though I found one in my unit) on multiple occasions. Management responded to my complaint promptly (within 12 hours) and I haven't seen one since. All in all, Madison Park is a lovely place to live if you're just starting out.

Madison Park is okay
i moved in May of this year after getting out of the USMC the complex is gorgeous at plane sight but it does have its problems. Our first night in our toilet broke and we had to ration when we would go in order to keep it from over flowing which was a hassle. But the maintenance stepped right in and ordered us a new toilet and we were happy. Then the a/c broke right in the beginning of June which was a difficult issue but was soon fixed as well now we are just battling the water issues our... boiler for our building keeps going out and they are trying to fix it but it's been going on for quite sometime now some days we have to take cold showers, I'm use to that but my wife sure isn't. All in all the complex is fine it has typical issues but it's expected I think you if you want to move in here you have to have a lot of patience.
