schools probably in Southern California according to school... rating to get a good education.
there are parks around the area that are nice to walk in . The living room area has an air
conditioner through wall 10,000 BTU the second bedroom has a window air conditioner... With
both air conditioners on and doors open and a fan blowing into the master the whole unit stays cool.
pets are okay (small pets) $5,500 moves You in. ($2,750 plus $2,750 cleaning deposit. The unit
renter will be charged for cleaning fees upon leaving if the unit is damaged or dirty... Unless the
renter leaves the unit looking exactly the same as when he or she moved in...
otherwise you would get your cleaning deposit refund (minus any cleaning fees) back within a

it does not include renters belongings, things You own... If you're interested I am willing to
show it to you next day/afternoon. a solid job, and a good credit
rating is a plus. I would like to look at those informations from you... If you're seriously applying to
different homeowners landlords to rent a unit I would highly advise you to use Apartments dot com
fill out the form for $25 you can send copies at that point to anyone you want to rent a unit from
