Hello! I am probably going to give the most fair, unbiased and non-emotional review. I have a background in commercial real estate, property management and customer service related jobs & think I see all sides. My husband & I, a mature couple, were moving from another state. We were really excited but at the same time wary & a bit anxious; I haven't lived in an area where you had to even think about roaches since I was 20, that's 40 yrs ago! Once we narrowed it to 5 places, the Missions being... one of those, out of all the apartments we reviewed online, called, etc, my husband came here & saw a model. He felt it beat the others. We weren't looking for a 4-star hotel, we wanted something safe, clean, positive with pretty grounds & pleasant staff, also that allowed cats & wouldn't charge a lot. Missions met our every expectation. All of the ladies answered my bombardment of questions by text and phone, Jasmin, Mia and Nancy were those we worked most with. In person we pretty much interacted with Mia & Nancy. The application process went smoothly which we started before the move. They were honest about all costs. Once we were here and looked at other vacant units & actually chose a different unit, they updated our paperwork seamlessly and we signed the lease. It's been almost 4 weeks already. Staff are pleasant. We have slightly creaky floors, which brings back childhood memories and the apt is much smaller than our other apartment but we saw that BEFORE signing a lease; little issues like those weren't deal breakers! Some minor noisy toilet repair & a kitchen sink leak fixed immediately by Abe, we have nothing to complain about! It has been a completely positive experience. The apartment was the cleanest I have ever seen an apartment on move-in. I've not seen one live critter. We are meticulous about keeping our apartment clean of any food debris to assist with that, along with doing our own spraying and plugging any gaps around piping etc. I am sorry for those that didn't have a good experience. I am keeping an open mind and can report again later. I gave it 4 stars only because there isn't any such thing as perfection and 5 stars out of 5 would indicate that. For those reading my review, I have not been asked to, paid to, or in any way been influenced by anyone involved with Missions or their owners to do so. My first apartment complex, I have been living here for about 3 years now, have not had any issues with neighbors, parking, this place is quiet even on the weekends. The staff is always helpful and maintenance is quick to take care of needs. Definitely a place to live comfortably.

It's conveniently located, about 5 minutes from the freeway and less then 10 from Tumamoc, rent is fairly cheap, maintenance is always quick, the office staff is very friendly. I've lived here for about 1 1/2 years and never had any issues, the apartments are very well kept. 10/10 would recommend!

We called the leasing office and ask if they have 6 months lease and she said yes but when we get there the don't have one. They were just wasting our time driving all the way to this place.
