This company is very poorly managed and run. My daughter lived there from 2022 to 2023. She tried to renew her contract in the early months of 2023 and was told by the clerk that her spot was secured. However later she was told that her room was leased to other people and she was asked to move out.

Furthermore after one year she received phone calls and emails from debt collectors claiming she owed some money to this company. In more than a year she moved out of the place, she had never... received any notice from the company directly of the payment! And it was impossible to verify the claim was true or not, as her account with the company was closed a year ago.

Overall great! A few little kinks, but no place is perfect!! My bedroom turned out so great and everything looked so nice. I was pleasantly surprised!

The staff is very communicative and helpful. There have been times where they have not answered the phone, but this has only happen once! Every time I have a question, it is answered immediately within minutes by the staff. 9/10 service!

I really like it here! The front desk is always helpful when I go there. And they are responsive through emails as well. I like that the study area is clean too.

Overall good experience, the property is close to campus, units are good size and furnished, but the property is a little outdated and hallways can be dingy.
