No one answers any phone calls or emails during the application process. 1 hour After I submitted my application, they called immediately and approved my application then disappeared again. Now trying to get back the admin fee I paid based on what they promised. No response and no way to connect to them at all.

My name is Eli, I've currently been a resident here at Tanque Verde apartments for 3 years now. I know every one of the staff by name, everyone is kind, caring, compassionate, and professional. With my time here I've done a bunch, been able to afford college, my car, phone, and all other bills while being able to afford the rent here. The pools are great, the theater in the main office available to us residents is great, even the pool table is fun! The residents here are polite to each other, we... never have issues when it comes to who we have as neighbors. I can't help but say nice things about this apartment complex, I have lived in a few other places here in tucson and none of them even bat an eye towards how great this place is. I see myself renewing my lease for many more years to come. The location is fantastic, nice part of the east side of town yet only 10 minutes from the mall, and 1 minute from the bank, and grocery store. These apartments are perfect for us. The price is right. The atmosphere of grass, trees, pools, courts, doggy playground and spacious outdoor layout is so refreshing. We are in walking distance of most of our needs; (bank, grocery store, restaurants, medical facilities). The friendly office personal are always kind and ready to assist with anything we have asked. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking, young or old.

After 32 tough years of marriage, I filed for divorce and moved from a 3200 square foot home to a 447 square foot apartment. My apartment and my new life were like a breath of fresh air and almost 15 years later, I still live in my little apartment.
I have made many changes to it. I have painted the walls a beautiful blue. I painted the kitchen cabinets and put contact paper on the counters.
My apartment was the only one flooded out during the summer of 2006 ( I had a premonition about that).... Now I have wood look linoleum which is so easy to clean and better for my allergies.
I have simplied my life and my possessions and I am ecstatic.
I have had friends over and they tell me that my apartment is so serene.
