All in all after 11 ish years , I am very. Happy and Satisfied with this New Manager Group Very professional and friendly In office experience plus walking through the Courtyard. You get acknowledged and respected By office staff, plus New Maintenance manager and group. River oaks is a very friendly community filled with a variety of people enjoying the campus. I think the way River oaks keeps on top of issues is amazing they get to you within three days for most any problem which is fairly quick. The Community they have created is very safe for all.
