Great

I have lived here for over 2 years and I am happy. Any items that need repairs are done quickly. The staff is helpful. I am renewing my lease for another year this month

I love living here. They have a dog park, swimming pool, playground, laundry rooms and is so big for an apartment.

Large 2 bedroom

This is a great apartment with a lot of space. Both bedrooms are large, which makes it perfect for roommates, a home office, or just having extra room. The living area is open and bright, and the layout works really well.
The kitchen is a good size and easy to use, and there’s plenty of storage throughout the apartment. Everything has been in good working order, and any small issues have been taken care of quickly.
It’s in a convenient location, close to stores and a park. Overall, it’s a... comfortable and spacious place to live. I’ve really enjoyed my time here.

Home!

I’ve been living in this community for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier to call it home! It’s so quiet and peaceful here, which makes it such a relaxing place to live. Anytime I’ve needed something taken care of, maintenance has been right on top of it and quick to fix anything that comes up. The management team is amazing — especially Becky, our community manager. She’s always true to her word and gets things done when she says she will, which really makes a difference. This place... has such a comfortable, welcoming feel, and I truly enjoy living here.I highly recommend CopperHill!!
