We had so many questions regarding this property and Mariah helped us so much in deciding what would be the best option for our freshman son and his housing for this next year. We are so happy that she took the time to help and if she didn’t know the answer she immediately got back to us with all our questions and concerns. Highly recommended this property, especially for the new students attending college.

My daughter lived at the RE her freshman year. Lucky enough not to have to live in the dorms. The front desk staff, which is mostly staffed with students, is always so helpful and friendly. I think the students working the front desk really makes it feel more personal and more like Home for the kids. They know what's going on in each other's lives and like I said it just makes it a little more Homie. I also want to commend the cleaning staff at the Ari. The cleaning person in the afternoon and... evenings is a blessing. She is always so friendly and I believe she really cares about the kids. my daughter just loves her. The leasing team at the Ari was also very helpful to us. My daughter had signed a lease for this next school year, but her roommate ended up transferring so she was forced to move to another apartment complex. The leasing team helped us find someone to take over that lease which helped us tremendously! All in all the Ari is a great place for a college student. The apartment complex offers some of the best amenities I’ve experienced. The gym is modern and well-equipped, the pool area is always clean and relaxing, and the clubhouse provides a great space to study or hang out with friends. I also appreciate the convenient parking, secure entry, and fast maintenance service whenever something needs attention. The outdoor spaces are well maintained and make the property feel welcoming and comfortable. Overall, the amenities truly make everyday living more... enjoyable and convenient. My daughter lives at Ari on 4th and has had a great experience. The apartment has lots to do around it and is close to campus. The amenities are great and give residents lots to do.

My brother currently lives at the ari and he loves it. I can't wait to move in next year because living is easy when you're at the ari. You have everything you need all in one space.
