Living Experience
I've been living at Ari on Fourth for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything from local restaurants and coffee shops to public transportation and campus.
The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciate the high ceilings and natural light—it really makes the space feel open and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly... and professionally, which shows that the management truly cares about residents’ comfort.
The amenities are also a huge plus! The rooftop lounge and fitness center are both well-maintained and a great place to unwind or get a workout in. The community here is friendly, and I always feel safe walking around the complex.
Overall, I would highly recommend Ari on Fourth to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and convenient place to live. It’s been a great place to call home!

I’ve stayed at Ari on Fourth and had a great experience. The location is convenient, the building is clean and modern, and the staff is always helpful. Great Living Accommodations for College Students
Living here at the Ari has been nothing short of amazing. Staff in the office is always super helpful to solve any issues, maintenance crew is quick to fix problems, and the amenities are always clean and up to date. On top of that, the location is great as you can have a little escape from campus but also are so close to any bars on 4th Avenue and Sunlink stations. Choose to live at the Ari, you won’t regret it!
