My daughter lives at Ari on 4th and has had a great experience. The apartment has lots to do around it and is close to campus. The amenities are great and give residents lots to do.

The staff at the Ari have been fantastic to work with over the past year, and we look forward to another year for our out of state daughter to be a resident. So many floor plans to choose from all new appliances and covered secure garage parking...are some of the perks. The Ari is so involved in the University community as well; always on campus making students feel wanted and at the complex making so many events to show appreciation for their residents.
