The dining table is big so that it can be both where you eat, as well as where you spend lots of time on your PC, with plenty of workspace to spread out. Aside from the pics, it has an extension piece that can add 18 inches to the width.
The couch has a fold-down center console with power outlets, USB ports, cupholders, so it can be your alternative (or primary) desk.
