I would just like to write a review about the property manager Adrianna. She just notified me that her last day will be the 20th. I have not moved in to these apartments yet but she has been great at taking care of everything for us. She is really nice and I was looking forward to having her as our property manager. I wish her the best of luck and want to say thank you for all the hard work you put in for us and everyone in the Sundancer community.

Me and my girlfriend have been living in our apartment since December of 2014. It is spacious and comfortable. However, we have placed many work orders for things that haven't been fixed since we've moved in. Such as the restrooms showers leak. The roof in restrooms are have cracks and my bedroom door has had a hole in it since we moved in and has yet to be fixed or changed out. It's a 2 room 2 bath apt. Rooms are nice with plenty of storage room. The living room is a decent size and the dining... area I like very much. Small kitchen area but it's cozy. Parking isn't a problem since everyone has designated parking. The best part about my apartment is its walking g distance to work. And close to high school for kids and library.
