ABSOLUTELY NO!

Recently there is new management, they increased the prices, charge you for maintenance that isn’t ur fault such as a faulty ac unit.. loud neighbors, smelly hallways sometimes and just rude front desk after you sign.. there has been mold and faulty things in the apartment that I did not notice right away because I was blinded by how nice it looks but when talking to the manager she was so rude and not helpful.. they took zero accountability.. how can you charge 100+ for maintenance problems yet... it is an apartment.. plus people have messed with my car so now I am always on edge. I do not recommend it for the price!!!

poor management team

The new management team is so unprofessional. Never replied to emails, whenever asking for help they are not really helpful. I used to love this apartment so much when I first visited here when the old management team was still there, everything just seems to be going downhill. Really hope they can make some improvements.

Do not rent - Check recent reviews!

The recent reviews are right, everyone is looking to leave once their lease is up due to deCON’s neglect of property and residents, Do not do it to yourself. This building is lipstick on a pig.

As a recap:
-broken water heaters
-poopy sulphur water
-dog excrement and urine in hallways
-broken hot tub heater for months
-cars towed from assigned spots
-missing packages
-mold issues

The building looks beautiful, but you will be miserable. The only recent good reviews mention each of the...
staff by name because they are written by staff or residents trying to bribe staff to fix issues with their apartments. Too many nice buildings in the area with basic customer service just don’t do it. Notice all the likes on recent reviews across platforms…. we are all fed up. STAY AWAY FROM DECRON PROPERTIES.

Reoccurring Mold / Management doesn’t care

The Aubrey management doesn’t care about their tenants. They have refused to reimburse my roommates and I of over $ 3,000 spent & losses on an air bnb and cleaning services after they didn’t detect a water leak from the AC for months, not to mention time lost and hassle experienced. The manager & corporate aren’t even trying to act like they care.

There have been multiple accounts of mold growing in different apartments & the complex has had flooding & large pipes burst giving possibility...
that the mold could be circulating through the entire HVAC system. The new manager consistently responds to concerns with fake sympathy and generic customer service responses rather than actually showing empathy and trying help the tenants in need.

We had mold in our apartment for months due to their lack of maintenance on the AC, they removed our AC unit unannounced in August in Arizona while we were gone, misjudged the repair timeline & left us without a functioning bathroom for over 2 weeks after moving back in from the air bnb. After our renters insurance claiming that they are at fault for lack of maitenence they have refused to reimburse us a penny and have had terrible communication.

The building is great, you just better hope you don’t have any damage after you sign that lease because if you do, you’re on your own. They don’t care at all.

New Management Sucks

Nice building with good amenities, however the last year 2 different management/company owners had changed, which has decreased the quality of living here, specially in prices and fees related.
Hot Tub broken for over 2 months, renewal prices just ridiculous (over 600$ difference of what is currently posted) deposit fees increased to 1k!!
