I would not recommend trusting this leasing office. We applied for a unit, then canceled our application with plenty of notice, and they still have not refunded our $250 or responded to us. The lack of communication and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. If this is how they handle things before someone even moves in, I can only imagine how difficult they would be to deal with long term.
