The location is wonderful. The management is pretty bad. Things that break in your unit or around the property will stay broken for weeks or months before maintenance gets around to it.
The unit itself was rather dirty upon move-in, and even though the front office promised to address it, I ended up shelling out almost $1,000 on various professional cleaning services to come in and take care of things that should have been done by the property management.
If you’re willing to put up with... content management incompetence, the location might be worth it. It’s a great area.

SALT is a great place to live, due to location to local amenities, can't beat lakeside living and the staff are all great and very responsive to residents and their needs. The resident events hosted by SALT are a great way to connect residents to one another. I have made so many new friends by attending those events. I would definitely recommend you consider SALT for your next move.
