I sincerely appreciate the can-do attitude and willingness to help on short notice at Riverside Apartment Homes. I have lived at Riverside for 12 months and just extended my lease for 15 more months because my new apartment as a transfer was a smooth and a stressfree transition. I recommend Riverside Apartments to Veterans and Dependents going to college because the location is prime and rent costs are reasonable. In addition, the new leadership has really been great at this location, and I can... really tell the differences. Also, you do not really need a vehicle, and everything is centrally located with buses and trams. been having a roach problem for the past month. I mean 15-20 roaches a day. I keep my apartment perfectly clean, food in storage containers, and take the proper precautions. I have complained to management several times. They didn’t take me seriously for the first week. Now I have had 3 pest control visits and an entire roach treatment where I had to move all kitchen and bathroom items. Still finding more roaches. Management has been extremely unhelpful, they don’t care about their residents... feelings, I was told that it is called “pest control, not pest elimination”. If I were you I would never live here. I’m being forced to stay and live with pests. Audry the property manager was extremely rude and completely invalidated my feelings. im sorry, but i will never recommend someone to live here. im completely appalled on how the first management team handled my first 6 months of living here, although new management seems nicer… there needs to be more communication, understanding, and speediness. they like to dismiss problems and come up with their own ideas of what is happening in your apartment and not be urgent

Worst decision to move here. It’s basically lipstick on a pig. Advertised as “luxury living” but it’s anything but. Roaches everywhere, stairs and hallways are disgusting, pools are never cleaned, maintenance requests take 5+ days to get answered even if it’s high priority, tons of bike thefts and car break ins. Leasing is a revolving door of managers. It’s a nightmare.
