They have roaches. They also lie about everything, they said I had carpet damage? Which it incorrect I have pictures here to prove. They want to take money out of deposit and charge for false things. Don’t rent here. They have water issues EVERY DAY, you will be with no water . They also don’t work well at all . You can complain and they won’t do not one thing to make it better.

Living at this apartment complex is a literal nightmare. If I could leave negative stars I would. The office is impossible to get on the phone, there are roaches everywhere (including upon move-in), the water gets shut off at least 3 times a week and when it is on, good luck taking a warm shower. There is no hot water. One toilet was not working when we moved in and was never fixed in the four months that we were there, the cabinets had holes in them and the laundry rooms are full of trash and... crackheads. I moved into this community last year and here was what happen before we move in. I applied the apartment one month ago before we move in officially. During that period after I got approval, I called them at least 5 times more in order to have official leasing contract but they sent it out only before the date we move in and didn't give me enough time to read the detail. After moving in a few months later, I was going to sublease my contract to another group people since I need to rotate to a... different area and when I tried to get the sublease form and all the detail, the representative even their manager, no one wants to take responsibility to provide the information you need, even they do, the answer you got every time was inconsistent. They said they upgraded their system back the date but that shouldn't be an excuse. There was still a long story that I can probably write a book to tell you all detail. Anyway...

It's been a week and I still have no hot water in my shower. Someone keeps completing my work orders and no one has came over to fix the issue. I go to the office in person and still nothing. My car was broken into and no one even cared in the office to alert the rest of the residents. The rent went up but they will not put up a gate! We have random people wandering the parking lot and sleeping in the laundry facilities! The security is useless when people cars keep getting broken into. Nothing... luxury about Onnix! Poor & unresponsive management, constant water shut offs, crappy pools, disgusting laundry rooms, landscapers just blow dirt all over cars and patios, broken gate on dog park, standing water due to leak in dog park (made my dogs vomit for 2 days), and our AC was out for 3 weeks in July 2020 before anything was done about it.
