I have been here for about a year now with no issues the front office staff are always nice and understanding. But I finally ran into an issue with my dishwasher. Once I reported the issue it was solved same day. Jeremy the maintenance tech was super fast and super nice honestly I'm always apprehensive letting people in my apartment but Jeremy is welcome any time.

You get a really good value for the money here. Parking is rough but you live in a nice place that's conveniently located and the pool is nice. Lamont on the office staff is great to deal with, a real asset to the company.

Lived here for 2 years. They locked the south gate, which was the ONLY access to parallel parking. They claim it's for emergencies only, but an ambulance can't use a locked gate. Not in time, anyway. The real reason is they don't want to keep up the maintenance. It broke too much.

Without parallel parking the parking lot overflowed and people park along the sidewalks. There's no room for that, causing me to back my car into an illegally parked car 4 different times. When I complained they said... they send emails telling people not to illegally park. Thanks guys. I'm sure emails are real effective. Then they said it's my responsibility to call the tow company. SERIOUSLY?? And it's not a weekend thing. They don't bother to have cars towed on weekday afternoons either. And just how the hell am I supposed to know if someone is parked behind me? I don't always leave at a scheduled time! How am I going to check??

Absolutely lazy management that doesn't want to fix their gates or enforce parking rules and so they pass the responsibility off to their tenants. Now I've got damage to my car! Read More
