Finisterra On Grove is an amazing place to live, it is super quiet and very peaceful! The amenities are awesome from the Valet Trash, Amazon Lockers, Pool/Jacuzzi, Gym, and Events bringing food trucks! My favorite thing is the staff/maintenance Karla is an amazing staff member who always makes me feel at home, she made getting my first apartment super easy and I am forever grateful for her! And the maintenance will always be there when you need them, either same day or within the hour! Living... here makes the real world troubles go away, the only thing that I would say is parking is private which I wasn’t used to but not having someone park in your spot is definitely a plus. I hope in the future they can get Park Mobile or another service so we can have family or friends come over without risk of towing. But other than that I absolutely love Finisterra On Grove and would definitely recommend! They repainted everything as well and it looks beautiful!

Tenants selected to live at these apartments have no respect for others. They continue to smoke in the area especially in their homes!

Finisterra has a welcoming community of residents and a hardworking maintenance team who genuinely care about the property. Unfortunately, my experience with the onsite management office was marked by inconsistent communication, delayed responses, lack of accountability, and what absolutely displays as spiteful behavior which ultimately influenced my decision not to remain in the community. I hope future residents experience the same sense of community from management that already exists among... the neighbors.

Leasing office connecting with those who are failing to follow through with their dog policies enforcing action would be great for those who do not own dogs leaving their stools behind for weeks is not a way to enjoy your living area.
