I’ve been at the Villas for over 2 years now, and love it. The office staff are always welcoming and spend time listening to the residents. The community is friendly, and there are frequent activities to get residents together. Apartments are nice and good sized.

This place beyond a shadow of a doubt is the excessively noisiest
apartments i have ever lived in. The Noise level here off the charts do not move here unless you enjoy construction level noise from loud cars coming and going all day long. You will need ear plugs for sure .

Extremely Noisy . Loud Modified Cars .Extreme Noise.Moving out of this place asap its awful after 9 years it has gone Down Hill fast just in a couple years. Landlord has no intentions of resolving the hideous noise . Ceiling fan under bed room makes Humming noise ,very very bad. Not Luxury AT All. Gates broken for years probly 6 years at least have not been fixed. almost slammed on car door when one side gets broken now they dont work at all. Dog poo all over the place. You are going to need... ear plugs its terrible .

We have lived at the Villas for about 2 years and have always received great customer service! From the maintenance crew, Eric, to the front office, Brandon, to the very owner, Robert!! Robert has been so accommodating and friendly, something in an owner's personality that we've never seen before. Take the time to visit the Villas at Mountain Vista Ranch and you will not be disappointed. We wish Robert and his team all the best, as we are now preparing to move into our own house in Surprise.... Thanks, "Villas Team", for making our time here feel "just like home"!
