We have lived here for 4 months now and we love it here. The grounds, pool, laundry are nice and clean. Katrina the manager and her office help are very helpful. The maintenance crew is fantastic. Every time we have needed something fixed, Katrina, gets maintenance right on it. We have never had to wait longer than 24 hours for the problem to get fixed. We love the grounds, it is beautiful here!!! Our neighbors are great, no problems so far. Nice and quiet here!!!

This place is so bad I had to call the health dept multiple times for multiple reasons. It doesn't matter how many times they spray for roaches because the entire buildings are infested. It's pretty bad when pest control says they would never live here either. Couldn't use the AC in the peak of summer for over a month because it smelled like something had died and they couldn't do anything about it until they kicked other tenant out allegedly. Sounds from neighbors adjacent and above can be heard constantly which is very disturbing. The insulation between apartments must be non-existent here. I have stayed in hotels which have better soundproofing than these apartments. I am in the biggest apartment- 2 Bedrooms/2 Baths and it is no bigger than a hotel suite but with a kitchen. And no room service!

I just moved in the 1st of this month, April.
The apartments are very nice, the grounds are absolutely beautiful and well kept. It's so nice to have green grass everywhere. Pet friendly community, and everyone here is so nice.
Also, safe community, there's no riff Raff here.
I would highly recommend these apartments, and I even plan to renew my lease when it's time!!
