This is a dreadful place to live, there are craters in the parking lot i wouldn't drive a tank through, but yet one is assessed 120 dollars a year
the dumpsters are always victims of illegal activity from grafitti, diving, illegal dumping on a staggering level. to occasional trash fires lit intentionally
take notice as you walk thru the property yourself - every single door with an electronic number pad lock is an Air BNB. a sign of how confident management is at their ability to secure a... tenants rent for more than 1 week
you are wedged between three fine liquor stores and a bar, the amenities provided are all just an opportunity for the property owners to fleece coins out of your pocket.
there is no security at all. i have spoken to the owners before they are not interested in a gate, cameras, anything for the residents
note to all air bnb guests: the pool seems to be down for maintenance every other week. this would be a deal breaker for me visiting anything in scottsdale, no pool? they dont even have a hot tub!

Review of SITE
Where do I start. Move in day got pushed back. They had not finished cleaning or completing final touches. I signed a lease for a fully remodeled apartment with washer and dryer. I didn’t have a washer or dryer until 2 months before my lease ended. Management had the audacity to say we didn’t say you would. When apartment hunting, I clearly asked and made it known that I was looking for an apartment with and in unit washer and dryer. Parking lot is poorly kept. There are pot holes and trash... everywhere. When it came time to renew my lease, management wanted me to give 60-day notice to either stay or escape (which is fair) but they never gave me a renew letter to make my decision on. They made me stay longer and gave me a price on that. Once it came time to pay, it was several hundred dollars more than what they told me originally.

beautiful grounds and amenities
This place has the most beautiful grounds and amenities. I especially like all the trees and lush landscape. Also the apartments are very spacious and have open concept floor plans. The staff is amazing and Kris is always very pleasant. Also I love the location and I highly recommend this community.

Scottsdale Commons
It is a cheap apartment for Scottsdale. They are updating all of the equipment and landscape and adding new amenities. Right off the freeway; great location.
