I love my apartment here at Mission Springs. The location is excellent, nice, quiet, safe place to live. I love my tile floors, arched doorway and tons of closet space! Management is super friendly and helpful. So glad I finally found my home.

If your looking to live in a well manicured poorly managed botanical garden filled with drug addicts and felons look no further . Everyone's approved but not everyone pays the same . So if you wanna live in second chance housing for First chance prices .... COME ON DOWN ????????

I LOVE living here so much...the manager Felipe has such a green thumb...he has potted plants & trees all around the complex and around the pool& hot tub!!! The flowering plants and trees with the potted plants, trees & palm trees around the beautiful pool and hot tub make it so inviting and it is down right "a resort style" looking complex!! There is a huge fountain in front (with fish!!)surrounded with flowers & shrubs with a gorgeous entrance to the office and sit down area with reeeallly... nice patio furniture by the BBQ grill!!! The pool furniture and big beautifully coordinated umbrellas around the pool with table & chairs & a volleyball net make this pool seem like your on a vacation at a resort instead of an apartment complex!!! Pros- smaller complex nicer section of town near major highways and shopping
cons: they care more about the landscaping. Trash is overflowing to the point it is on the ground outside of the receptacle. Windows are single pane and old. You can hear the street noise. Carpeting only in the bedrooms so you can hear your neighbors really tromping above you if you live on the ground floor. Office hours for management are not convenient for those that work, 11-4 mon-fri. Rent is going off... neighboring complexes that have more up to date features such as gym, clubhouse, etc.. Read More
