There was a suiside on the property that many residents witnessed and nothing was done about it. Not a text or email even. There has major water damage to our wall and nothing was done about it for weeks. Maintenance takes weeks to come when you call them. The gate broke for an hour and nobody could get in or out and nobody would answer the phone. I highly recommend not renting here.

I've lived in Los Porticos since Nov 2017 and I LOVE living here! All units have FULL SIZED, front loading washer and dryer (that alone is a selling point) and the huge park, playground, and basketball court next door is great for doggos, workouts, and restless kids. It's an older complex, but it's very well kept and super cute! Other reviewers complained about thin walls and noise, but I've never been bothered by either issue. There's only 20 units so it feels super cozy and the neighbors are... all friendly and helpful. The property managers live on site and take care of issues SUPER fast and go above and beyond anywhere I've ever lived. Janet is super nice and easy to work with. The location is amazing too - 5 mins to Old Town, 20 mins to Downtown Phx, 15 mins to the airport, 15 mins to Tempe. I will be so sad when I have to leave Los Porticos. I love my apartment and this neighborhood SO much!!!

I have lived at Los Porticos for over a year now and it is wonderful! Quiet and cozy, not to mention just minutes away from Old Town and Tempe Marketplace. The property manager Janet and her husband are always eager to help!

Terrible place to live, paper thin walls and floor. Not clean. Management lying about fixing these apartments up. Do not move here!
