After a year of renting here, we’ve run into many frustrations, lots of bugs, had our cars broken into many times. The parking lot is not paved well. And then they raise the rent 20% and refuse to offer a lease to push out existing tenets.

My son 31, and daughter 12 lived with me. We knew very little about the drama, drugs, and murder. But my son ran to help with the arson and ended up hospitalized. I reported leaking pipes but was not believed till he was standing in puddles after the fact. Came home after a week and found upstairs flooded took 38 days no repair. But raised rents 2nd time in 2 months. Was hit on by maintenance several times, reported but was told by mgmt "I know he does it to me all the time". There is very... little amenities gym closed over a yr now. Took 2yrs to fix pot holes when I was told 3 mos from when I moved in. Copper Rock has a great atmosphere, amazing location and fun neighbors! Everyone is very friendly. Walking to your car people say hello and goodbye. Its a great community. The office manager and staff are all very helpful as well. I highly suggest living here.
