Since 2002, he has been representing buyers, sellers, and investors in the purchase, sale, and management of residential houses, condos, and income properties, including distressed, probate, & guardianship properties. Bradley MacLay is a native of Arizona and has lived in the Phoenix area since the early 1990's. After spending several years working in the mortgage banking industry, Brad decided to quit his job and transition into real estate sales in 2002. He founded MacLay Real Estate LLC shortly thereafter. His wife, Jennifer, joined the business as an agent in 2005. In 2008, Brad and Jen founded an extremely successful property management business that grew from one residential property to properties within ten years of operations.
