This is a hidden gem that is only two lights east of the 101 off of Shea. It is a quiet community and is next-door to the walk – bike trail that goes all the way to old town Scottsdale. It is also only 7–8 minute drive to Cholla Park or Horizon Park... )which has a gated dog park)! Both parks have Pickleball courts and children’s play area.

Mission de los Arroyos is a resort like community with two large pools and hot tubs, a lighted tennis court and a free gym that is open anytime. There’s one covered parking spot, but lots of other available spots.

All bills are included (even WiFi), Tenant will only electricity bill which should be low because a brand new AC unit was installed in April 2026. The furniture is extremely nice and the master bedroom has brand new pieces with a king size Tempur-pedic adjustable bed.
