I have enjoyed it in the short time I’ve been here.

Of the two staff I've spent any meaningful time with (Gina in Leasing, and Josh in Maintenance), both are friendly and pleasant. I get the impression the other staff are too. I really like the grounds and the layout of the buildings. The only negative matter is noise from the unit above me. This seems to be due to the nature of the flooring and how sound travels. I don't hear anything from the tenants on either side of my unit. It's just above - walking, running, opening and closing cabinet... doors - and it's all the time when they are home and active. They are not bad tenants, it's just the nature of the building. The mature trees and open green spaces not only shield the building's but also give the community a parklike feeling. The wildlife is vibrant with songbirds chirping daily, quail visits and often a rabbit or two during the early spring season. A very relaxed environment.

I am disappointed living here. The pool & hot too are not heated properly. I am paying for those amenities. The maintenance people scraped my kitchen floor bringing in a refrigerator & were trying to convince me that the the 2 ceiling fan lights were ok when they are clearly not working properly etc….

I love legacy apartments, I love the 24 hour amenities and I feel comfortable there. Maintenance team seems very nice and they are quick to get the job done!
