They office is really nice stephanie and the staff are great. They care about there residents. I have been here for 5 years with no problems. For example they just replaced my blinds and that isn't paid for with a renewal. Every year free carpet cleans. They just have made many upgrades thru out the whole complex new court yards. They have a rainbow service that will help you with anything you must need from free hair cuts to rock and walk & bingo. They have security and I feel safe where I live... . I love my new apartment complex. They are clean, discreet and very comfortable.

If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would.
The apartment complex itself is huge, ugly, and not maintained at all.
This place is definitely understaffed. The staff here is useless and clueless. The maintenance crew is a two or three man group who I always see just driving around in messed up golfcarts just sitting around or chatting.
If you need something fixed in your apartment, good luck with that. Even after you report something three of four times, no one will come by and fix it... for you. You literally have to constantly remind them of your request everyday because they cannot handle how many apartments they have to maintain.
There are drug addicts everywhere and people digging around in the dumpsters all the time.
The apartment themselves have ugly, old carpeting. There is always a roach or bed-bug infestation. The appliances do not work right or at all. Walls have patches and holes.
The laundry facilities they provide are cheap.
My car was stolen out of the parking lot here but thankfully it was recovered by the Police Department.
They say they have a security company that patrols the complex but no one has ever seen them.
Some tenants look like they just got out of prison. Other tenants are families with kids everywhere.
The staff says the complex is a drug-free zone, but that is very much a lie. As long as rent is being paid, I don't think they care about who is living there.
A couple was arguing very loudly, out in the open in front of their children using obscenities with no regard for others around them.
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST.
So please save yourself money, time, and many headaches and avoid this place/area entirely. Read More
