Please let me know what equipment is not working in the fitness center and where the leak is on the property so we can get that taken care. Also what area are you seeing... ants so we can notify the pest control company to spray that area. We always strive to keep the dumpsters from not overflowing but sometimes people overload it and the trash company cannot always get here on our non scheduled days and we have to wait for the dumpster to be empty before we can load the trash that others leave outside of the dumpsters. The pool is cleaned daily and sometimes people put stuff in there that shouldn't and we try to take care of it right away. We do apologize for anything we may miss!
