Not an enjoyable experience

I moved into the brand new unit and the work done on the place was subpar. You can see so many mistakes that the builders did and it passed inspection. Then the gates maybe work 25% of the time. No security either. Things have been vandalized. The pool has been shut down due to misuse. The gas fireplace blew up on someone. The gym equipment is cheap and breaks down all the time. There’s just no clean up by any of the apartment renters. Things get thrown into my backyard all the time. Management... decides whenever they want to shut off the water. No notice sometimes. Rent is increasing so much but there’s no where else to move to

Excellent Complex!

I’ve loved living here from the moment i moved in! The staff has always been helpful with anything i need and they’re always going above and beyond to make sure i’m comfortable! Having a backyard makes a world of difference for my dog! He loves to soak up the sun so i’m glad i can let him do that without having to taking him out for a walk multiple times a day! I love this place!
