I just signed another lease here. This is by far my favorite place I have ever lived, the units are designed for the renter, plenty of storage and nice finishes and appliances. The location is awesome too, it's so close to all the shopping and restaurants and a few minutes to all the freeways to get around. The Maintenence team has always addressed any of my concerns with in the day or next day, they are all so nice and very detailed. This is a small 30-something apartment building so it's easy... to make friends with your neighbors. I really love the secure garage parking and the big guest parking lot. Makes it easy to have friends over. Tim the manager of the building is amazing, super responsive and a pleasure to work with. He knows everyone by name and genuinely cares about your happiness. The Past year has been awesome,I have no complaints!

Stop Looking and Rent Here
This place is 5 stars without a doubt. The units are spacious, clean, well maintained, and have high end appliances, lighting, and fans (dimmable lights, fans with multiple settings). The complex is small and quiet and has two massive secure indoor garages, with spaces for every unit, and small storage units available for a reasonable monthly charge. The building is very secure, with only one fobbed entry (other than the garage) and reliably closing doors. Nice pool, no gym, and no nonsense... amenities that no one actually uses (talking about you speakeasies). The management is a local, small company (Clayton Companies) that cares about its building and its tenants. They have a modern app for handling rent and maintenance requests and the manager, Tim, is responsive and helpful. The surrounding area is a bit mixed, but you have a coffee shop, bakery, and tap room across the street and some nice restaurants and shopping up on Camelback, plus quick access to the 51. This is easily the nicest apartment I've ever lived in, and it easily beats anything in its price point. The residents hear are quiet and respectful of each other--if you move here, please do the same.

The best place I’ve ever lived in
This is the best place that I’ve lived in. It’s close to downtown but without all of the traffic I’ve been here for over a year and all of my appliances have worked properly management is super helpful. I haven’t had any problems with it. My entire experience has been peaceful.

You don’t regret living here!
The Clayton is one of the best apartment complexes in the valley by far. I’ve lived in numerous places in phx and this has been the best experience I’ve had. I lived there for a year and recently moved to a different area but have nothing bad to say about the Clayton. Tim was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with anything needed. The maintenance here is also great, they have regularly scheduled air filter changes, and an easy portal to submit requests that are done timely and smoothly.... All staff I met while living here was great! Residents are nice as well!

Quiet - Clean - Comfortable
Current resident! Toured countless properties and this was it for me. No fancy amenities- great parking - great location- beautiful floor plans. Quiet building! My only complaint is I don’t like the washer and dryer. They are newer, I just personally don’t prefer the “high efficiency models. Other than that no complaints. Best option in the area.
