I hate it here it's over priced for the area. And I can't wait to move honestly. I can't afford my other bills because of how expensive this apartment is. The fees you guys tax are ridiculous. Can't ever get ahold of anyone in the office unless you physically go down there. There's always overflowing trash and dog poop everywhere the whole apartments stinks inside and outside since the day we moved in here flies are outrageous. Most of the mailboxes are broken the pools are always open and dirty... besides the one by the office. There's not enough parking. Its like nobody really takes care of these apartments they just want the money I would never recommend anybody to live here.

It is quite and peaceful here. It's nice not hearing jets from Luke air force base anymore. And the dog park is great there was nothing like this where we were before she is loving it being able to just run freely.

So far I have been very pleased with residing at Metro North the community is welcoming for sure. If only we could get the trash dumpsters to be emptied, it would make for a very beautiful complex even more. Thx u

I have multiple items that need attention and not one has been dealt with. The most pressing is the leaking AC which is probably being overworked and justifies my extremely high electricity bill.
