I’ve been at Cortland Red Mountain for about a year and a half and have nothing but positive experiences here. The community is well kept and the amenities are great! Moving in, the process was quick, easy, and my apartment was well cleaned and maintained. I love my space here at Cortland. Staff is always very friendly and quick to answer the phone, respond to emails/portal messages, and address any concerns.

I have been living at Cortland Red Mountain for 3 years and I haved recommended it to many of my friends looking for an apartment community. It's affordable, well maintained, and centrally located for anywhere you want to go with quick access to the Airport, Tempe, Downtown Phoenix, Arcadia, and various popular shopping centers. The community is fairly quiet and great for couples, students, pet owners, and working adults.

The staff at Cortland Red Mountain are very professional, courteous, and responsive. The ammenities are great too! I definitely recommend this place if you want a nice place that is conveniently located near the airport, downtown Phoenix, Tempe Marketplace and ASU, and within a 10 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale.
