I just moved in to Solaris at the Biltmore and this place is awesome for the price. Neat location with cozy neighborhoods to walk in and also the staff is very friendly and informative. Love this place. And very affordable.

amazing
Living at Solaris at The Biltmore has been a great. Ive lived here for the past 15 years and have never had a problem. the complex is super safe and the staff are amazing. They are quick to respond to any problem in my unit. I have never had any bug problems and I've moved to several units during these past few years. I recommend renting here if you are looking for a peaceful home.

As advertised
After shopping a lot of places, I moved into Solaris because it was one of the few properties that looked and felt the same in person as what is shown online. It's clean and neat, features are excellent for the money, and pricing is also accurate to what you see online. The neighborhood also feels safe for daily walks and runs.
