Lived here for almost a year, can’t wait to leave. It’s been maintenance issue after maintenance issue. They are slow to fix anything, we’ve had roaches and bugs. We’ve had issues with the disgusting bathtub, bad dryer and a dishwasher that barely cleans the dishes. Do not live here! Ever!

During my move-in inspection I found a cockroach infestation and mold under the sinks. Management is not responding to my calls or emails. Even when I go to the office in person they make it impossible to speak to anyone who can help. This complex does not care about the health and safety of its tenants.

After almost 9 years, I still love living here and have no plans to move. My apartment is large, with huge amounts of storage and an attached garage, perfect for a senior. The location is also perfect with access to shopping, restaurants and I-10 within a mile or less.
