Bed bugs. New renters are uninformed and lose everything coming here and dumpster always has infested furniture around it. Washers and dryers not hot enough to kill them.

Unit is spacious enough for 2 ppl and a Chihuahua. Rent is affordable, with utilities included. Feels like a real home. Have the place set up that is comfortable and cozy, would hate to move again to get the right atmosphere now. Public transportation right around the corner, close to shopping, and quiet.

At first sight they seem to be a cheap but clean complex. There's a lot of minority that lives here, refugees and multiple familfamilies in 1 apt. There's always been an insect issue and bed bug infestation in the 2 yrs I've been here. There's also some rif raf that seem to roam in and out of the complex. The maintenance is not always on time and you have to talk to management multiple times before you have something fixed or up keep to be done. They are not always up to date on paperpaperwork.
