This place is the worse the office does not care about you once you sign. My refrigerator bottom has been broken since I moved in and they still haven’t fixed in over a month. If you live in the front good luck getting parking since they leave the gates open there is never any I always park in the way back. If you have a grill get rid of it or put it away cause if you leave it out you will be charged for it being out. This place is the worst don’t live here

Bad management
They don't refund, even when paper work states otherwise. They won't allow you to do partial payments for a move in cost, they prefer everything up front. They didn't even ask me to fill out my money order, nor sign the back.

NOT MAINTAINED
I've been here over a month and have had multiple maintenance issues and they still have not fixed anything. Every time I go to ask if they are going to fix anything, they give me the run around and excuses. I paid over 2,000 at move in and it is definitely not worth it. My floors and counter tops are peeling, its infested with roaches and poorly maintained. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Cheap price but bad environment
The only reason I'm living here is because ook the cheap price, although now I feel like paying an extra hundred more a month at a different complex would be worth it. Let me start off by the very unkept cleanliness of landscape inside the complex.. there are always trash everywhere!! No matter how many times I clean up there's always trash that accumulates. Not only is the landscape not being up to date, but there is always homeless cats and dogs wondering. Aside from the landscape when I had a... leakage from my ceiling (I live on the first floor ) no one came! ! I call the Maintenance Line often for assistance I'm my apartment on broken things and they come to service the trouble a week later!! Lately the ladies at the leasing office are always busy inside and over the phone!
