Pictures are SO deceiving. Residents lay their clothes out in the areas with rocks, people have tarps up over their sliding doors? Rugs, clothes, anything draped over their balconies. There’s baby roaches, stray cats, vomit, trash all along the pathways. I’m just visiting family from out of town, I’ve been here one day and noticed this. And let me tell y’all about the little boys who have me all the way messed up (lucky I can’t cuss) .. they asked for a hug?! We said no, then proceeded to follow... me, my daughter and niece. I’m the adult, my daughter is 7 and my niece is 14 for the record. Folks had the audacity to bathe in the pool pre-covid. The gates never are closed. My daughters grandma has put in maintenance requests for random water leaking, they keep persisting it’s from the bathroom but it’s in the kitchen and kitchen pantry? Like what? The bathrooms don’t even share a wall with the kitchen, not even the washer and dryer do. Terrible terrible terrible job laying the flooring/linoleum (SP) down. I repeat the walls are SO thin, I can hear the next unit alarm go off.. even know the dang song. I know the rent is low but that doesn’t mean you have to let the most reckless slum-like non-sense happen.. it can be a decent property. The unit sizes are nice, that’s the best I got.

Nasty
This place is worst place I have ever lived. Filthy dirty, dangerous, gangs, homeless people everywhere, drug needles laying on playground area. Garbage all over, flat out nasty.

Horrible place
This is one of the worst complexes in Phoenix period. Murders, gunshots, drugs, no onsite management, Filthy dirty. Needle and crack pipes laying on th ground, trash everywhere. People told me bed bugs throughout entire place and utilities are off for weeks at a time. I would not want my dog to live there.

Stay Away from here.
If I could give this place a minus 5 I would. The entire complex is crawling with bed bugs and roaches. You can not treat just one unit and expect it to stay bed bug free. They will just come in again from the connecting units. I moved here after finding this place on line and appeared to be a decent location. I moved across the country and only to find myself living with pests. All of my brand new furniture has been thrown out. You can easily see that there is obviously a bed bug issue when... viewing the amount of mattresses being thrown out by the dumpsters. The pool has been drained and is no longer in use. There are homeless people camping out in the parking lots and plenty of crime going on inside the complex and many young children running around with absolutely no supervision throughout the day and night. The electricity blows out throughout the entire complex a few times during the summer and water is turned off a few times a month during the day. Gas notice shutoff for 3 days at a time supposedly for repairs to lines. HOA does not do any maintenance. Again, do not look at this complex if you are planning to make a move.
